How to apply to Charis

At Charis, we believe that preparation is never a waste of time. We’re here to guide you every step of the way—from inquiry to enrolment—so you can focus on what truly matters: your transformation through the Word of God.

Toronto Hybrid (years 1-3)

  • Admission Opens: February each year
  • Classes Begin: September
  • How to Apply: Complete the online application form and submit the $100 application fee.
  • Admission includes review of your personal information, ministry experience (if any), and a statement of faith.

The Hybrid program blends in-person classroom experience with guided online learning. This pathway is ideal for students who want hands-on ministry training and relational community while completing their Year 1 studies.

Online (available for year 1 only)

  • Rolling Admission: Apply anytime throughout the year
  • Immediate Access: Students receive immediate access to coursework upon enrollment
  • How to Apply: Complete the online application and pay the initial deposit. Once accepted, you can begin your studies immediately.

The Online Year 1 program is fully flexible, allowing students to study from anywhere in Canada at their own pace. Interactive lessons, guided Bible reading, and community engagement are included to support spiritual formation and academic growth.
